Spin magazine’s Lipps Service podcast interviewed Black Keys’ drummer Patrick Carney and he explained how a schizophrenic artist from their hometown of Akron, Ohio named Alfred McMoore as the source who used to draw these crazy five-foot-tall, 50-foot-long scrolls of crayon drawings.
